Before you rely on an answer
Read the full response
After Assistant replies, read the whole answer. Look for missing context, numbers that seem off, or claims that need checking.
Check sources when they appear
Some replies include citations or attached sources. Open them and confirm they support the answer.
Review the response and any sources before you use the answer. Confirm the right documents were attached
If your question depends on files, check Sources and make sure the right documents were included.
Ask again if needed
If the answer is unclear, ask a clearer follow-up or start a new question with better context.
