Report a product problem from Nairo
Open the user menu
Select your name or avatar in the sidebar footer.
Open Help
Select Help.
Choose Report a problem
Select Report a problem. Nairo opens an email to support.
Report a problem opens an email to product support. Describe the issue
Explain what happened and when it happened. Avoid sending passwords, access tokens or other secrets in the email.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions, privacy rights requests or formal deletion requests, email privacy@nairobilabs.com.

Security concerns
If you need to raise a security concern about Nairo, email support@nairobilabs.com and describe the issue clearly. Do not include secrets, credentials or exploit details in the first message unless the support team asks for them through a secure channel.
