Understand what is shared inside a Project
See what a Project keeps together, and how team access works today.
A Project is a container for related work. It keeps documents and an Assistant conversation together so you can return to the same context later.
What belongs to a Project
Inside an open Project you will usually see:
- Context - the documents uploaded for that Project
- Assistant - the conversation that uses those Project documents

When you reopen the same Project, you continue with that Project’s documents and conversation.
Who can access Projects
People in your organisation workspace can work in Nairo according to their role. Organisation admins invite users from User Management.
The current Project workspace does not include a Project-level Share button for inviting collaborators to one Project only.
